To comply with Vodafone returns policy, this promotion is subject to the terms and conditions set out below, if you return your handset the applicant agrees that all vouchers issued will become null and void and any spent will need to be refunded back to Nokia UK.
Application is via online only. The Amazing Everyday offer only applies to customers who have purchased a Nokia Lumia 800 handset available through any Vodafone store, online or call centre.
Open to residents of the UK aged 14 or over.
Opening date for applications is 30/11/11. Closing date for the offer is 30/4/12. Closing date for receipt of applications is 30/5/12.
The offer is subject to availability. Customers are only eligible to redeem once per Nokia phone while stocks last.
The offer can be redeemed by visiting www.nokiaamazingeveryday.com , 14 days after purchase and entering the unique code printed on this boxsleeve and IMEI number which comes with the device (found on the side of your Nokia box). Customers must then complete an online form containing their name, address, mobile phone number, email address, date of purchase and date of birth.
Redemptions will only be accepted for 44 days after purchase (although claims cannot be submitted for initial 14 days, leaving 30 day claim period).
Vouchers can only be claimed each month.
A reminder text message will be sent during the promotion.
The 1^st month will entitle the customer to a £10 Starbucks voucher, the 2^nd month will entitle the customer to a £10 Zune Voucher, the 3^rd month will entitle the customer to £10 of Nokia Accessory Vouchers, the 4^th month will entitle the customer to a £10 PhotoBox voucher, the 5^th month will entitle the customer to a £10 Amazon Voucher and the 6^th month will entitle the customer to a £10 Vue CinemaVoucher.
